Eating goose every year is always a pleasure. And staff extremely personable!

First of all, the lax interpretation of the hygiene guidelines in the context of the corona pandemic irritated us very much. Mouth and nose protection, disinfectant and sufficient distance to the next table ... Nothing! At our request, however, it was not a problem to move to another table with sufficient distance and in the large hall! Even if the regulations within the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt are interpreted much more freely than in ours, I find a voluntary wearing of mouth and nose protection (at least for serving at the table!), In this case quite appropriate. The service was very attentive and friendly and if the food had arrived at our table a little warmer, we would certainly have eaten our food with even more pleasure. Our third visit will be our last as long as the pandemic continues.

We received an incredibly nice welcome. The service is absolutely 6 stars;). The food there is very good. The price could even be a little higher, because the dishes are lovingly and very tastefully prepared, the service is very attentive and courteous and the ambience is absolutely worth it. We would love to come back.

Restaurant with beer garden. About 500 m from the Geiseltalsee. But it is worth going there. Very good menu and friendly service. Beer garden under trees, so shady. I found it cheap but not cheap and the food was worth the price.

The food tastes very tasty here, the best thing to do is try the delicious, home-baked cake ... The service, too, is super friendly, people like to stop by here. After a nice walk along the Geiseltalsee .... also for small children and with dogs .... people like to give many stars here ... because here the customer is a king 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Drinks were only brought when requested and waved ... the table was overflowing with empty bottles and glasses ... cozy is something else. FOOD so nothing special

As part of a bus trip with Pelka-Reisen, I should discover this wonderful "artificial" lake. It's just a shame that not many people know him, because despite the fine weather there was a yawning emptiness. Surely it couldn't just have been because today was a working day?

We were there 4 weeks ago. We had to queue up at the entrance to be assigned a seat (because of Corona) that went really quickly. We sat down in the beer garden because it was a great summer day. We boss was always very friendly. Waitress who served us was also very nice. We had our little dog with us and there was immediately a bowl of water. Food came very quickly and, as always, was delicious. Always my pleasure.

The beer garden is very cozy, the staff extremely courteous and the food is exactly what you would expect from home-style. There is also a good wine list and the price-performance ratio is right. After the visit, you can take a nice stroll on the beach promenade and maybe enjoy a nightcap at the beach bar there.

We stopped here for dinner and although it was very busy, we were quickly assigned a table. Staff was very friendly. Food tasted very good. It took a long time until our drinks were ordered, so 1 star deduction. The beer garden is very nicely laid out.

We were a group and we were hungry and thirsty. So go into the beer garden and just get a table. The drinks came hesitantly and we had to mention the reorder several times. Each of us ordered something different to eat. I took a medium beef steak that I got well cooked and tough. With only 1 cm thick as thin as a schnitzel, you can't fry medium either. But the others at the table were not enthusiastic either. Therefore a failure for us. Only the beer garden is nicely laid out.

Staff was very friendly Food was just fine. I cook better. But that's a matter of taste. Sometimes it wasn't hot anymore. Which doesn't bother me personally now. Nice atmosphere, but the chairs in the beer garden don't work.

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted in a friendly manner by the first waitress who walked past us with full plates. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. The service was always very attentive, the food delicious and the drinks refreshingly cool. The menu isn't huge, but everything is freshly prepared. We'll definitely be back.

We had lunch in the beer garden. Due to Corona we had to wait a moment for our seats, which were assigned to us by the staff. The tables and chairs were very clean and would be cleaned thoroughly after every guest change. The food was served within 30 minutes and was delicious, the service was very friendly. Thanks to its quiet location, I can only recommend it.

Was really enthusiastic about the service. All colleagues tried very hard and were extremely friendly. We were only there for a drink, which was very tasty, by the way. The food that was brought out looked very tasty and smelled very good. Soon we will try the food there too.

The restaurant is the best I know. And I come here especially from Lörrach to enjoy the wonderful food. The hospitality of the entire staff is excellent and fantastic. Many a restaurant could cut itself off. Simply wonderful here. 👍👍👍👍👍

Very friendly service, very quick service! Food went super quickly, despite 7 people. The food, drinks and ice cream were delicious! Always happy here! Can only be recommended!

This restaurant is highly recommended. Food tasted perfect and also brought perfectly on the plate. Owner and staff courteous and correct in all gastronomic matters. Whenever I am nearby I always go there to dine. It just tastes of more, from beef roulade with dumplings or asparagus with ham or schnitzel with brown butter. Simply excellent. In return, this gastronomy gets 5 stars from me.
